Mission Nurses

I am grateful for all of those who have worked so hard to help us care for the missionaries and their health during these last three years.  We are blessed to have medical doctors in the Area offices in Buenos Aires that give guidance to each of the missions in the area but we have also had the blessing of mission nurses.  They have established important relationships with doctors and hospitals and they have diligently cared for the health of each of the missionaries in the mission.
Hermana Ehmke, from Show Low Arizona, served as the mission nurse for the first two years of our mission.  Her medical knowledge and love was a great blessing to all.  I know there were times the missionaries thought of a reason to call her just so they could hear how wonderful they were!

Hermana Esterkin was a service missionary and lives right here in Neuquén.  She knew where the doctors were and of course spoke perfect Spanish!   She was a great support for Hermana Ehmke.

Hermana Hansen is from Idaho Falls Idaho.  She is a nurse and received the call to be our mission nurse.  It has been a blessing to have her medical knowledge but also to see how she depends on inspiration in the decisions she makes for each missionary.  She has been blessed with great companions that have helped her in this huge responsibility.

Thank you to each of you!
